All India Design (AID)

1. Eligibility Criteria:

• Applicants must fulfill the eligibility criteria specified by IIADT College for the respective UG or PG programs.
• Candidates must have completed their higher secondary education (for UG programs) or undergraduate education (for PG programs) from a recognized board or university.

2. AID Examination:

• All candidates seeking admission must appear for the All India Design Scholarship Test (AID) conducted by IIADT College.
• The AID examination assesses the candidate's aptitude, creativity, design thinking, and technical skills relevant to the chosen program.

3. Application Process:

• Candidates are required to submit their applications for the AID examination through the official website of IIADT College within the specified deadline.
• The application process may include filling out personal details, educational qualifications, and uploading relevant documents.

4. Admit Card:

• Admit cards for the AID examination will be issued to eligible candidates after the successful completion of the application process.
• It is mandatory for candidates to carry the admit card to the examination center on the day of the test.

5. Examination Fee:

• Candidates must pay the prescribed examination fee at the time of submitting their application for the AID examination.
• The examination fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.

6. Scholarship:

• IIADT College offers scholarships to meritorious students based on their performance in the AID examination.
• The scholarship amount and criteria for eligibility will be determined by the college and communicated to the candidates

7. Selection Process:

• Admission to the UG and PG programs at IIADT College will be based on the candidate's performance in the AID examination, academic record, portfolio (if applicable), and any other criteria specified by the college.
• Shortlisted candidates may be called for further rounds of evaluation, which may include interviews, portfolio review, or group discussions.

8. Admission Confirmation:

• Candidates who are offered admission must confirm their acceptance by paying the requisite admission fee within the stipulated time frame.
• Failure to confirm admission within the specified period may result in the forfeiture of the candidate's seat.

9. Seat Reservation Policy:

• IIADT College adheres to the reservation policy mandated by the government for admission to educational institutions.
• Reserved category candidates must provide valid documentary proof of their category at the time of application.

10. Code of Conduct:

• All candidates are expected to adhere to the code of conduct prescribed by IIADT College during the examination and admission process.
• Any form of malpractice or misconduct will lead to disqualification from the admission process.
